Carved from a handsome piece of black american walnut, this ergonomically shaped knob gives a comfortable grip. The hand-rubbed marine spar polyurethane finish really brings out the grain. There are built-in finger rests, and the height is almost 1/2 inch shorter than the stock BMW knob. It has a 5-speed pattern insert, but I can substitute one of the other patterns .
